These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbitwise website at orbitwise.in, related pages, forms, tools, and content (together, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Orbitwise ("Orbitwise", "we", "us", or "our") operates from Gurugram, Haryana, India. Contact: info@orbitwise.in.

Orbitwise offers study abroad counselling information, university eligibility tools, scholarship guidance content, visa-preparation support information, PR pathway education, and Orbitwise Academy coaching programmes (such as IELTS and PTE).

Website content, shortlists, estimates, and counselling guidance are informational and do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, scores, jobs, or immigration outcomes. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with a parent or guardian's involvement.

You agree to provide accurate information in forms and communications and to keep your contact details reasonably up to date so we can respond to your requests.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in lead, enrolment, or eligibility forms
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or unauthorisedly access our systems, APIs, or data
• Interfere with security features, rate limits, or spam protections
• Copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law
• Use automated bots to submit forms or harvest contact details

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

When you submit a form, request a callback, check eligibility, or enquire about Academy programmes, you authorise Orbitwise to contact you by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels about your request and related services.

You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by emailing info@orbitwise.in. Service-related messages about an active request may still be sent where needed.

Some Orbitwise offerings, including Academy courses and certain counselling or document-support packages, may require payment. Prices, inclusions, and payment terms will be communicated at the point of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

Refunds, cancellations, and fee adjustments are governed by our Refund Policy and any written agreement specific to your purchase.

The Services — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, course outlines, tools, and software — are owned by Orbitwise or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes related to exploring study abroad or Academy options. No other rights are granted.

The Services may link to universities, partners, app stores, payment providers, social platforms, or other third-party websites. Those sites are not controlled by Orbitwise. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge those policies.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitwise disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

University rankings, eligibility matches, fee estimates, scholarship information, visa guidance, and score pathways are indicative only and may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitwise and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, admissions, visas, or scores arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to Orbitwise for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if no such fees were paid.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbitwise and its team from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we revise the Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
